Hi boys,
Yes. Im a woman. And I LOVE working on my 1992 Ford F150, among other things. I just recently relocated from Minnesota Friendly to The Show Me State of Missouri. Well…I got something to show Missouri. Ill show you how a woman gets auto repair done. Lol…okay, enough jokes though. Im 5’0″, 115 lbs, but I know how to use a torque wrench!! I don’t know everything, but I know when Im being BS’d and frankly, that happens a lot in this industry. That is what forced me into learning auto repair. I remember at 18 going to an auto shop to get my brakes done. I blindly told the guy that I only had $368 to spend, and of course, my bill came to $367.92. Ive never been the same since I realized what happened. I can guarantee you…that aint happenin again. I humbly admit that I desperately need help at times, and Eric the Car Guy is like my Rockstar “Idle”. Hopefully, I can find a few friends, who like Fords, who can give me some good advice. When an auto repair shop hands me a bill for $600, and I KNOW I can do it myself for $85…..well, Im rolling up my sleeves, and Im gonna STAY DIRTY! Glad to be here!
