Why is my A/C possessed?

Ok, not really… It is doing odd things, however. See the video below, ignore the part where I talk about the blower motor. I checked it afterward and it wasn’t turning on and off. I still believe it may be the ‘switch panel’

If I watched the video correctly your blower speed switch is off.
Turn the speed selector up to see if the fan runs. The ac will not
come on without the fan.

The system works fine. It gives these problems only when it’s turned off. When I checked the blower motor is never turned on while I had it turned off. Now, it may need to be running for a while before it starts randomly blowing for a quick second.
