Vehicle is 2003 Chevy Impala with 60k miles. 3.4l v6 and 4t65e fwd transmission. So I have noticed this whistle noise that is intermittent. It typically occurs when the car is warmed up. When I am driving the car and it shifts from first into second I can hear this whistle noise that sounds like air escaping. I recently changed the transmission fluid and filter and that’s when I noticed it. Now I am not sure if it was there before or not because you cannot hear it with the windows rolled up, and must be looking for it with them down. I noticed it after the fluid change probably because I was paying close attention to the operation of the transmission. I should note that the noise occurs if i shift it manually as well. The car also shifts fine and better than before and the fluid is at correct levels along with being in good shape. Any insight would be greatly appreciated thank you!

Make sure all the air piping clamps are tight. Check for holes in the exhaust or failed exhaust donut. If it sounds like air, it probably is, so look for all the places air could escape where it isn’t supposed to.
