Where is my paint code located? 1991 Pontiac

I have a 1991 Pontiac Sunbird that I need to find the paint code for. I check the glove box and there no sticker. Under the hood is this

Is there any other location to look for on this car?
I know that it is Bright Blue Metallic but is it WA9346 or WA8928. I’m looking at buying some color matching paint from http://www.automotivetouchup.com/
Have any of you tried this website? Hows the color match?

Try looking in the trunk on the underside of the spare tire well cover. Also, look in the spare tire well itself. Sometimes the paint code is located there as well.
