        air in the cooling system. i would try getting it out and it should work normally

          check the coolant level first. has any work been done recently to the coolant system?

            At the stop signs and so forth, does the blower motor speed reduce?

            I would also see if you can inspect the vacuum lines going to the vacuum reservoir as i believe your blend doors on that vehicle are vacuum assisted.

              Once again forum you are so on it, thanks guys. I’d also like to add that if the coolant is low and there is air in the system it’s possible that there’s a leak somewhere, here’s a video that will show you how to find those. BTW you do NOT need a bleeder valve to bleed the air out of the system they just put those there so that you can fill the system faster so do everything else the same in the video and that should get the air out.

                Yup sounds like the coolant is low or there’s air in the system. Most common spots to check for leaks on the GM 4.3L is lower intake gasket or waterpump.
