      Makes sense, I’ve never tried it though. I think he should have mentioned that the vehicle should be in neutral. If not, it won’t spin that easy.

        I’ve used that method for decades and it does work. However, spinning a wheel on a driven axle can make it more difficult as differential carrier bearings or CV flaws may resonate through the spring also.
