My mechanic was changing my O2 sensors, the car was on emergency brake, and while the car was jacked up, car seemed to slip as if there was issue with the brake. He said at first it was transmission. Anyway, he jacked up the car to see if the tires would spin faster, the right one span around longer than the left one. He said it’s not good and need to be “regulated”. He removed the tires and used a flathead screw driver to turn some kind of “rotational” metal thing as small as a penny. What do you call this?
