      Just wondering if there is no big deal if I deviate from honda power steering fluid. Any suggestions, recommendations? The car is an ’02 accord

        I would stick to the Honda stuff. Fluid chemistry can vary between brands and types of fluid. If you use a type that is not recommended by the manufacturer you run the risk of the fluid reacting with hoses, gaskets, or even the metal.

          stick with the Honda OE fluid. other wise your rack
          and ps pump with be noisy and develop problems.

            Honda fluid only.
