Try ebay. I get some good deals sometimes. I try to look for sellers with free or reasonable shipping.
some times your at there mercy. sometimes I will pay 5-10 bucks more online just for the convenience
of not driving. I use the dealer if I can’t find it on line. You need to shop around to find the best price
and product and make a decision from there. C8-)May 8, 2012 at 11:00 am #457496Try bernardiparts.com they have the parts diagrams online for each model/year.
I was able to find your pcv valve there for $14.74. If you order your ATF fluids or whatever else you need at the same time it tends to spread the shipping costs to a smaller amount per item.
I’ve been using them for a few years and I always recieve my order the next day because I live only one state away. Their shipping fees are very reasonable.

+1 for that site. A while back I needed 2 cases of Honda ATF and the price difference between them (including shipping) and my dealer was huge. Also consider that you don’t pay sales tax on the order which sometimes covers the shipping costs.
The bad side is if you need it now……you need it now. I can’t have a car down waiting 3 or 4 days for parts.
The other option is go to the local parts stores and see if they carry Beck Arnley line of parts. It’s been my experience that most of that line is OEM (and yes, it will be more expensive than the aftermarket stuff).
May 13, 2012 at 11:00 am #457498You mentioned your vehicle was an Accord. For Honda parts, I have had good results with Majestic Honda. They also provide a diagram which is very helpful when you place the order.
For repairs that are a little complicated, I also print out the diagram off the website and have it with me when I install new parts. I did my first timing belt last summer on an Accord, and I had several Majestic Honda diagrams printed right beside me as I put the parts back in. I also used the ETCG video on timing belts as well, which of course, was very good.
May 17, 2012 at 11:00 am #457499For my 2003 Accord, I pretty much always buy OEM parts online. There are several great online sources, just search “oem honda parts”. Personally, I have used both majestic honda and showcase honda with great service. If I cannot wait for shipping, I will print out the online part page and take it to the dealer. Often the dealership will match the online price.
