I feel dumb for asking this given how I used to do autobody, but im retired for over 14 years.
Lets say you remove the door panel, then you unfasten the glass and lift it out.
The horizontal weather strip the goes on the outside of the door to keep the glass snugly in place, what is that called?
I can’t roll the window down then up to clean off rain anymore, and when the window is half down, it rattles in place.
The motor is good and strong, it’s just the horizontal strip that presses on the outer door skin. If I can find out what it’s called, I can do a proper internet search to find a new one without going to the stealership.
