Little bit of a fun topic. Every mechanic I know has some item they built, modified, or invented. Anyone come up with anything interesting?
In my case lately it is a lawntractor. Of course with a motorcycle engine. 400cc automatic gear reduced for torque rather than insane speed, and 4×4 chain drive built out of a long CV shaft and 2 honda civic spindles. Ya no slip in the drive for corners but it only ever sees dirt and trails.
