Fixing to grab a commuter car to use while I’m in school and while my Bronco is down for a rebuild, the wife will also use it a bit possibly at the end of next year when we turn in her lease Honda CRV.

The 2 choices are Toyota Camry and Honda Accord in the years ranging from about 2000 to 2006 or so. 4 cylinder or 6cyl doesn’t matter really. We have had a lot of Honda’s and they have been fantastic. I have also owned a Toyota 4Runner 1st gen that I miss dearly and it also was kick ass.

I’m leaning slightly Toyota because I’m actively seeking employment at a Toyota dealership as a technician (that’s what I’m in school for) and I figure that should make it easier to work on it.

So what do you all think?

A Dodge Dart from the 70s with a Slant Six. I don’t see that choice in the poll, though.

Pretty much. They’re both decently built generally reliable cars.

Looks like were going to go with a Honda. I pondered a Subaru forester also mainly because I like the all wheel drive but within the year range were shopping I couldn’t get past the head gasket issues they seem to have
