wet coil vs dry coil

      i had the problem on my car…the problem is poor fuel econonmy…i suspect that the coil problem…because went i run on highway….the fist 20km travel…the engine run good….but after that…the engine run so bad…coill so hot…so how can i prove that couse the coil…..what coil can i replace….wet or dry coil….

        If you are satisfied that the coil is the problem use an OEM coil. You mention nothing about what kind of vehicle you have how many miles or size engine. Coils do get hot that is how they are they provide a lot of electrical fire power to the spark plugs.

              daihatsu charade 1.0…1994….10 litre petrol can go just 70km….
