I have a 2002 ford windstar. Im having trouble getting one bolt out. I was using a wrachit wrinch but the bolt is to lose for me to remove it. If you have any suggestions on how to remove it with out taking the plastic crank pulley off would help a great deal. thanks.

While I don’t know exactly what it looks like and your access to it, I can tell you a couple things about what I believe are similar situations that have worked for me.

Use a finger or long flat tip screwdriver to the threads to “hold it” when you sweep back your ratcheting wrench so the bolt doesn’t turn.

Use a finger or long flat tip screwdriver to try to turn it.

A long antenna reach tool with the magnet on the end to hold it and apply finger or screwdriver to spin it.

A ratcheting wrench with a socket style insert (if there is room for it)

        Good luck
