Was watching dash cam crashes on you tube and had an idea

I’ve heard that cars built now days are drive by wire. The accelerator and other controls are not directly connected to the devices that control the vehicle. Something happen to the wiring while your driving and you are at the mercy of whatever happens. I wish that you would do a segment on what steps to take should something like this fails and you simply don’t know what to do. Might be in interesting and informative talk on the subject. You may not be able just to shut off the engine.
