      Hey Eric,
      I had a few topics that may be of interest to you for ETCG1:

      1)how you as a customer can get the most out of your service visit

      2) how to effectively communicate with your service advisor

      3) the importance of routine maintenance for your vehicle

          A real good way of getting better service is to bribe the mechanics with snacks. Trust me I remember those customers real well and they know it.
