Hi ya Eric. I have a future video suggestion , I’ve been struggling in my automotive service / tech class on measuring using a micrometer. My shop teacher , is most of the time too busy to teach a senior how to read it , I’ve been taking automotive tech for only a year now and I’ve been trying to learn as much as I can. My video suggestion basically includes the importance of automotive measuring using tools such as a micrometers.
      Thanks a bunch.
      -Joe.

That’s a fantastic idea and a video I’ve wanted to do for some time. Thing is I only have a set of calipers at the moment. I’d have to get a set of micrometers in order to make that video. I do hope to do this at some point. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hey Eric, I’m not too sure if you’ve covered this subject in the past, but a subject I feel would make good ETCG1 video/discussion would be on when something unexpected comes up and basically just throws a spanner in the works and this situation what ever it may be suddenly becomes the prime issue at hand and needs to be dealt with quickly and professionally.

As the saying goes: Expect the unexpected!

Nice idea. I’ll look into it. Next time you might want to start your own thread for a request like this to avoid confusion.

That would have been great to do when I fixed mine. Perhaps at some point I’ll get back to it. The short answer is an engine is little more than an air compressor and they work in a very similar way. Lastly, you might want to start your own thread if you’re going to ask a question that’s not related to the original post.

                Thanks for your request.
