Video on troubleshooting No start

With loud fuel pump good spark but low (less than 10 psi) pressure on 1996 Neon. Could it be that the fuel pressure regulator/filter in the fuel pump module is bad?

Video request. I’ve seen no start videos for bad starter, starter relay, fuel pump relay, fuel pump not coming on, no spark to plugs, bad plugs, ECM bad, bad pressure regulator, but nothing that addresses a bad regulator/filter that is integrated into the fuel module as in a Neon with the plastic tank where the pump is still running but only puts out 20% of the pressure needed to run (start) the vehicle.

In order to fill specific requests like that I need the same car to come in with the same problem and to be honest these days I don’t really do all that much repair work of the ‘public’s’ cars so it’s not likely that I’ll get to that anytime soon however if the opportunity does come up I’d be happy to make a video for you. However the principals of diagnosis are the same as the fuel pump videos in that you need to measure the fuel pressure, compare it to spec, and follow the circuit for the fault.
