Valve adjustment

I want to adjust my valves I’ve seen Eric’s video on this I have a j series engine on my 2001 honda accord ex.What I’m wondering to what to set the valves lash under the hood it says intake 0.22+0.02mm and exhaust says 0.30+0.02mm Im wondering where are these specs on my feeler gauge any feed back much appreciated

The way I read it is 0.22 to 0.24 0.30-0.32
I would use 0.22 and 0.30

That said, the information is in the video you mentioned. Also, if your valves aren’t noisy then I would leave them alone. Valve adjustments are a ‘fine tuning’ and it takes some practice to get it right. If you get it wrong you could burn up the valves or make a noisy engine where you didn’t have one before. Proceed with caution is the take away here.
