Im just asking for your opinion about my truck. What would your opinion be about a 350 5.7 engine that has 321,147 miles on it that still pulls a 18 to 19 reading on my Vacuum gauge. Just curious. Thank you.

Seems normal, quite good, actually, when you consider the mileage, provided the needle is steady and consistent.

This page gives good info, with animated gauge readings, on how to interpret vacuum gauge readings.

The needle is very steady sir. Snap the throttle up to 2grand and comes right back to 18.
