Got a check engine light.
Wipp out the Chinese scan tool for the first time in anger, works very well.
P0141 Eric has a video of this one, O2 sensor heater bank 1 sensor 2. Figure out this is the downstream after the cat, under the car no resistance on the black wires need a new one.
Look on the Honda parts program I have and I will be looking at 250 to 300€
Online to try to find an after market one and lots of confusion over the downstream bit.
Honda have two different part numbers but it seems that the only real difference is the cable.
Finaly got a Bosch universal one that I will have to swap the original four wire cable to.
Hopefully this is right and there is no difference in the threads and fitting length.
Oh the car is an HRV Honda but the engine is a 1.6 16V and must be the same as a 2000 year Civic in layout.
Any thoughts on this as it may confuse a lot of people. 😉
