Upper control arm procedure help

I haven’t been able to find a how-to for a 98 civic to replace UCA

Is it difficult? Do I need a torque wrench?

I’m also confused whether or not the suspension needs to be sitting on the car’s weight before fully tightening fasteners or does that only apply for other suspension parts not this? Thanks!

And yes you should have the car sitting at ride height (on the ground) before tightening
