when ever i brake, my truck shifts forward not the transmission, but just the truck itself. Almost as the body is moving off the chassis. (but its not). Any ideas on what it might be?

Not sure, just a guess. If the truck has a two piece drive shaft check the hanger bearing. Can cause a strange sensation just before a stop.

A good place to start checking is the brake pumps Perhaps they are released
Front suspension, bushings, I suggest you to go down under the car with a crowbar and check the nuts and bolts Perhaps there are free
I guess Google Translate me weird, but try to understand between the lines

I agree with checking suspension, if a control arm bushing for example is bad i have seen it feel like that, you never said year, make, and model. might help to identify common problems to that vehicle

I have seen the upper and lower control arm bushings go bad on those and cause that feel, best checked at ride height but that can be hard to do, I would just replace them all if you think it might be there. Best way i found to check them is get a friend to hold the brake just enough so it doesnt move and shift from drive to reverse and repeat, then you can see them shift in and out.

I have had warped rotors do the same also.

I’d be taking a close look at the radius rod or strut rod bushings. If these go bad they can cause the issue you describe.
