transmission fluid type

I want to change a 2003 camry manual transmission fluid. the manual calls for 75-w90 API4 or API5.
But in the market I only found transmission fluid rated S.A.E 90 and S.A.E 140. Can I use one of these

If its 75-90 then thats what you must use. If you google 75-90 gear oil you should have alot of choices.

I look for Dex II decades backwards-compatible in mine, but yours should be GL4 or GL5? if you’re doing it yourself, you’ll know something’s wrong if you chose the wrong type. Yay for owner’s manuals!

I couldnt find 75 90 oil in the local market . What i found close to that is acdelco 80w90 API 5?
Is that ok to use in that old transmission?

I would like to see you use the correct weight. I don’t think you will have a problem with what you found.

I live in middle east (saudi arabia ) I have very limited options out here. Something like silicone paste was impossible to find , it is even was something unfamiliar for the shops. The 75w 90 was available in the dealer but it is sold only as 25 liters. In many cases I find it difficult to get the tools I see in Eric videos
