I own a 2013 Kia Forte hatchback and I can’t locate the transmission fluid dipstick…It is approaching 70k miles and would like to check the fluid any suggestions?

The trans is sealed and considered life time fluid. No dipstick.

The owners manual says to flush it at 60 K?
          just ignore it?

No dipstick. There is a little access hole/plug whatever you want to call it in the front cover or the trans. If your manly enough it can be twisted off by had. Or has an insertion for a 3/8 ratchet. Start, allow to come to operating temp. In park or neutral you want a very drippy stream coming out. That’s your level check. Your covered till 100 but we teccomended every 30 to flush when I was with Kia.

No dipstick on that car. Sad but true. You check the level almost like you would with a manual gearbox as stated above.
Any sealed for life claim by any manufacturer is horse rubbish. Sealed for life means “planned obsolescence”.
You want to change that fluid every 60-100k.

Considering your manual says 60k I would follow the recommendation.
