Town and country power issue

I have a 2012 town and country. The van is having low power while accelerating. The van should get around 22 mpg and it’s currently getting 20. But that’s not terrible. But it definitely has low power when accelerating. I am figuring h it’s the catalytic converters. It don’t know which one or how to figure out which one. Or if maybe one is more prone to fail than another.

If there are no check engine lights then I would check the basics like the condition of the air filter and Mass Air Flow sensor.

The air filter is prime. Would I just check for dirt or gunk on the MAF?
