im helping a friend who was recently in an accident that tore the front clip off his van in my amazement it did not damage the frame or suspension in any way and the van was able to drive home that day even though it had nothing left in front of the radiator. he has opted to repair it with junk yard parts and my question is when it comes time to try and re-charge the a/c system will i need to add pag oil to the system? the crash tore the condenser off so it blew everything that was in there out as far as im aware. there was green stuff all over the other car he hit as well as some on the front of his van witch im assuming is the pag oil that was in the system. how much would i have to add? would the cans of freon that include pag oil be enough to replace what it lost? ive attached a picture of the van just in case anyone was curious of the damage
