      I have a Ford E-250 2006 Cargo Van 5.4 L Gasoline

      Where can I find the torque specs for the following:

      1)Ball Joint Castle Nut

      2)AXEL NUT

      3)BOLTS THAT SECURE THE HUB ASSEMBLY

      4) TIE ROD NUT

      5) CALIPER MOUNTING BOLTS

        If you don’t want to buy the manual, you could see if your local library has one (you would be surprised.) If you know a friendly mechanic he should be able to tell you. Also sometimes parts stores like Napa have things like that in their system.

          Found this at AutoZone.com It’s a free repair manual http://www.autozone.com/autozone/repairinfo/repairInfoLanding.jsp

          Tie Rod 66 ft lbs
          Pinch Bolt 77 ft lbs
          Lower Ball Joint 130 ft lbs
          Front Bearing (this is specific to front spindle bolt and bearing. rear wheel drive only.) torque spindle nut to 24 ft lbs while spinning brake rotor. Back nut off 2 turns. then torque to 24 ft lbs while spinning rotor. back off one half turn. then final torque is only 17 inch pounds.
          Brake Caliper 24 ft lbs
          brake hose 26 ft lbs
