Have you checked into used lifts? (Im sure you have but just in case)
My uncle installs and sells lifts, they are half to a 1/4th as much of a new one. Selection is never great because its always whats on hand but its much cheaper. Just a thought. The cost to install the lift is sometimes more than a used lift.
