The high side is a LITTLE low but you are getting a 30 deg drop out of the vent. If it were my car I would not add refrigerant unless the compressor was cycling excessively.

Thanks for your assistance. I had the a/c set on recirculate when I was testing which I later learned that Eric does not recommend. I did think the compressor was often going on and off. Next warm day I will retest.
