Tire rubbing noise

When going 15 mph or higher my Hyundai accent makes this really loud noise that sounds like the right front passenger tire rubbing on something. I put the front end up on jack stands so the wheels are off the ground and got the car up to 15mph and no noise. When going over bumps the pitch of the noise changes. When sitting in the car the body sinks down don’t know how much is acceptable. Car has new tires, new tie rod ends with alignment. The noise was there before all that was done.

Does this sound like weak coil springs/struts causing this?

      Thanks for the help

Year, make, model, mileage? From the tiny bit of info you provided I am thinking one of the tires is rubbing on the wheel well. Lift your car and look at the tire and wheel well. It will be evident where the rubbing is occurring. If you don’t see it(not a joke,) spray paint the inside of the tire and tread, drive a couple miles(making sure to replicate the noise) and then check the tire again.

I’m thinking you might have a bad wheel bearing. Drive the car and in a safe place swerve left and right, and see it it comes and goes or changes. it should get louder when you go left and quieter if you go right if that bearing is bad

are the tires and wheels over sized or stock?
anything lowered or suspension work? can you
post a video of the noise?

I agree that it sounds like a wheel bearing issue. I suggest using the above videos to confirm that. Keep us posted on what you find.
