      Hey guys,
      I need some help ASAP.
I am a college student working with my buddies and we are designing a race car.
The problem is with our slicks-one of them has a puncture.
There are 3 small holes in the tyre.
1 in the sidewall. 1 near the shoulder and1in the crown area. The holes are so small that you can’t see them but bubbles are formed when tested for punctures using the soap solution. So we need to repair it (preferably from the inside).
Using the normal plug method wont work for us as we wouldn’t want to make it visible.
I guess you guys could help me find an alternative in which I can, like stick something from the inside and cover the patch.
      NEED HELP ASAP.
      And Thanks in advance

+1, if you have a damaged sidewall, ESPECIALLY in a race car, you must replace the tire. There is no repairing it. You don’t drive fast on cobbled together tires. I hate to break it to you, but racing is expensive, going fast is expensive, there really is no way around this.

        Good luck.

Repairing a Tire with that type of damage, now I know this is not the answer that you want to hear but.

          1. Very Hokey, Shade Tree Mechanic
          2. Very Unsave, Especially for a Racing Tire
