Tire issues

I just bought a 1998 honda civic lx and 3 of the tires have a moderate amount of inside wear. The other is not too bad. 2 of them have about 25,000 miles. The others I am not sure. I am going to get an alignment for sure, but I was wondering if it was worth trying to re balance and rotate the tires or just get new ones altogether. What do you think?

Depends on how worn out they are, if you think the inside is worn too much then get new ones but if it is only slightly worn and you fix the alignment problem then it should be ok. If you can afford good new tyres then replace them.

Otherwise, definitely rebalance them with your alignment because abnormal wear will have affected the balance.

They aren’t bald. They are ok, but I may just replace them. I don’t think they are too expensive.
