will work on the timing belt next week. just received the pulley holder, and waiting for parts.

if i’m not able to take that bolt off, what would should i do? also i read in this forum somewhere from eric that we shouldn’t use a impact to torque the bolt back in. what would be the best way? thanks

i just did this on sunday. if you use an extension, prop it up with a jack stand. get yourself an extension fotr your breaker bar so you can get some leverage. good luck!

+1 on the breaker bar. I don’t remember every saying you can’t put a crank bolt back on with an impact as that’s the way I’ve done it for years with no problems whatsoever.
