Hey guys so I had this god awful noise when I changed my lifters. I took the cam cover off and saw my belt was torn up on the inside. I noticed the bracket part of the motor was bent under the cam pulley and digging into the cam belt. I got it all replaced but was wondering if you guys had any idea how this could have happened. The only theory I have is I may have leaned and bent that bracket thing. But I don’t see how that could have been.

      Thanks guys

not sure how that would bend in. Anyone else on the vehicle?

          Nope just me.

The last person to look at it was last year for state inspection.
