I have been thinking about getting a stopwatch to use for timing and billing for repairs. I am not flat rate so I think this might just be my most accurate way of billing my time.

So I was wondering what the ETCG community thinks of this and what would be a good brand of stopwatch to get?

Do your invoices have start and stop times on them.
I would probably forget to start or stop the timer. 😆

Yeah I do that now but the issue is that I am always being pulled off my work to help other guys with stuff, or a walk in customer that needs one small thing done, or I am working on multiple cars at once. This is why I am kicking the idea around to get each customer billed fairly.

I wold look up the labor times for a repair and bill them that way.
