      thats the way id do it.put it back into the car and the weight of the car should be enough for you to tighten the nut.

        I usually hit em with a 3/8 drive impact. haven’t had a prob.

            I and many others have run strut nuts down with impacts for many years without incident and considering most have a nylon ring that makes them lock on to the strut I don’t think you’ll be able to get an accurate torque anyway not to mention it’s also goin
