Last 2 week my car steering rack leaking,Then I get re-cond unit from the shop. After I
fixed back the rack, I fail to fixed back the tie rod.It seem too short. My car are full imported model. The rack that I change are for local assembly.I did try to fixed it but
the result are the radius for the tire turning are too small.
      Question….
      1. Are the tie rod are the same length for both side.
      2. Can we get longer tie rod end.
      3. If don’t have..can we add coupling nut for extension.
      4. shortage about 30mm.

The rack that you got back.Is it the same style rack that
you had? nothing seemed to change except for the new rack.
        The rack might be wrong.

+1 on making sure you have the correct parts.

So parts stores will need to know your VIN # as well as how many turns from lock to lock of the steering for the correct part.

You will need a alignment once you have your power steering rack issue resolved.

+1 on making sure you have the correct parts but also know that you can’t screw the tie rod end all the way down on the inner tie rod, there are a lot of threads there to maintain an adjustment. In addition whenever you do a repair like that you need to have the vehicle aligned, if not you’ll wear the tires excessively. This is a different vehicle however it does show the process.

when you changed the rack. did you flush the fluid?
there may be a screen in one of the lines.it may be
clogged.another consideration is can the PS pump produce
the right amount of hydraulic pressure to operate that rack?

already flush all the fluid and replace with new fluid.

you could have the tie rods adjusted incorrectly.
if you jack up the front end. move the wheels manually
from lock to lock.see if the steering will move all the way
                    freely.

what do you mean move the wheel manually?
one more, is it a problem if the steering move to right by itself when the engine is running?

I believe that’s an assist problem and is inside the PS rack itself. To be honest it may be beyond your ability to repair as it involves the valving inside the PS rack itself.
