I have a 2006 chrysler 300 with a throttle control light on. I will get the car this weekend and look for fault codes, any other ideas you may have before I get the car that I can look up and research before then?

I would get it scan with a scanner tool then go from there.

with Automechanic on this one, plug a scan tool in see if you get any codes, then with the scan tool plugged in if it can read live data if you can, view the throttle position on the scan tool compared too throttle input.

I’m with the group. You need to start with the codes and go from there. Let us know what codes you find when you check it and we’ll go from there.
