The Mysterious Vacuum leak

I just purchased a 1993 lincoln town car the other day. I got it and the engine runs weak, boggy, no acceleration at all, and it misfires. Now ive checked the plugs and wires everything is okay. But my engine is runny exteremly rich on top of all of those other symptoms. Yesterday i got under the hood and played with the throttle while listening. I can push the throttle about 2cm

Did you go around everything real good with propane or carb cleaner?

Sometimes the best way to find a hidden leak is to use a smoke machine. If you don’t have access to one, I’d give this a try – it may work for you:
