Great video on the : “Labor Shift ”

I agree with everything you said. We just have to remember that society works in cycles. Right now the trend is pay cheap and expect a lot. There are problems under the surface that continue to mount. There will come a time where we will return to quality because people will STAND UP AND SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We just have not reached that point yet.

The quest to get more for less is the root of destruction in a lot of industries. Quality has a cost and it must be respected. Often times the cheap way out cost more in the long run.

Great video Eric. Keep it up .

I have always said, you can get it Good, Fast, or Cheap. pick 2, you can get it fast and cheap but it won’t be good,, you can get it good and cheap but it won’t be fast,, you can get it fast and good but it won’t be cheap.
