testing to see if fuel is coming through

Hi Eric & Everyone,

I have taken a few photos,thought this might help

I wanted to see if there was fuel coming through the rail hence my earlier question about the high pressure hose & how to remove the rubber hose from the metal part of the hose? (delivery pipe & high pressure hose photo) Or

could I use the hose that goes into the back of the high pressure regulator to test if there is fuel coming through? ( back of fuel pressure regulator photo)
