TB 1217h gasket maker replacement

Planning on replacing timing chain tensioner for :
2006 Kia sedona failing timing chain tensioner – KIA TSB ENG 028.

The instruction calls for sealing the timing chain cover using TB 1217h. Then I would have 5 minutes to install the cover and torque down the bolt. Is there something else I can use instead of this expensive chemical? Not too comfortable on rushing the job done in 5 minutes as it has dozen bolts with different torque specs to mount the timing chain cover.
