hi, im new to this so bare with me please. so I have a 2000 integra ls automatic, I jus did full tune up like 3 months ago and the car was running like a champ. THEN just the other day I was on the freeway going steady at like 55 mph, then all of a sudden IT FELT like I let off the gas an stepped on it again and does it all the time now. its not a real hard surge it seems to me like its slipping but it shifts fine idles fine it only does it while driving at a steady speed its really frustrating because car funs perfect besides this surging while going at steady speeds please help me

Is it possible that it’s your A/C compressor cutting in and out? Try turning your climate control off and drive it. Sometimes smaller engines make this more noticeable.
ok so I jus got back home and I checked for leaks nothing, I even replaced spark plugs jus for the hell of it with oem plugs (60 bucks is crazy for 4 plugs) n e way also drained and filled trans with Honda fluid, and still does
just to clear it up it doesn’t slip it almost feels like im letting of the throttle then going right back to where I was and its weird cause the engine doesn’t boge down I really having a hard time explaining it sorry but could it be the TPS
What is the mileage? Can you narrow it down to a engine performance or transmission related issue? what is the idle like? and do you have a check engine light on?
it has 105879 that is exact I really think its a performance issue not a transmission issue because the car shifts fine even if I take off it shifts smooth not hard at all.. and for the idle like I said the idle is perfect no fluctuating or anything…. BUT I wanted to see what would happen if I put in neutral while I was driving just because I wanted to and a funny thing happened when im going at steady pace it does it so I let off the gas a put it in neutral its fine idles down no bouncing what so ever so I rev it to like 2000-2500 and it bounces not much but it does maybe 100-200 rpm meaning if I where reving it at 2300 it would go down like to 2000 or 2100 and back up to 2300 this goes for no matter what rpm im reving at. sorry so long but im trying to explain as best I can thanks for the help
Check your egr valve and passages. I know you don’t have any
codes. But worth looking into. Did the vehicle surge before the
tune up?If you don’t have a scanner, could you take it to a larger parts store and ask them to see if it’s throwing any diagnostic trouble codes? Aside from your description of the problem(s) that might be a really good place to start and helping us to help you. ;>)
SparksIm sorry but I think I don’t have a egr im sorry if its sounds stupid but eather I don’t have one or I don’t no where it is if you could help me locate it that would be really helpful I mean ive tried looking but on the intake is the tps, map, iac, and what I think is a fuel return cause the hose goes to a canister I might be wrong
I do have a scanner and like I said earlier there is nothing I know what you mean its hard without a code lol but some times that’s how the cookie crumbles for me and its crumbling to much for me right now cause im STUMPED!!! ill take any advise I can get or help to get pointed in the right direction thanks a lot
