sun roof or moon roof

My roof is not working in hyundai I10. What should i do… the switch is very loose and unable to open it. is it a switch problem? if so what should i do to it. i have attached he image of sunroof switch for ur reference…

Two things you could do. Jump the correct wires to see if the sun roof works or
remove the negative cable and remove the switch and ohm it out. have you checked fuses?
