      Is it possible to only replace the front struts since that is where the noise is coming from? My friend said the vehicle will be lopsided, but I am not sure he was joking around or not.

        If the front struts require replacing, you replace them.
        Unless there is a issue with the rears, no real reason to replace them.

        BTW .. if your friend wasn’t joking.
        He should not be your first choice about getting repair information from.
