      The noise is heard when I turn the wheel all the way to the left or right.
      I have an Acura TL 2005. Please help me figure out this problem so I can work on it. Thank you so much guys.

        Sounds like power steering whine. How’s the fluid level in the power steering reservoir? Hows the color?
        When the car is running are there any bubbles or frothing in the reservoir (the o-rings on them go bad, let air into the system and can cause noises)?

          There are different types of noises that can happen under the conditions you describe. If you could post a video of the noise if might be helpful.
