Hi Everyone,
Imagine you drive thru a work area, the crew is re-surfacing the asphalt, You enter sections where the giant machine has peeled off about 2-3 inches of old asphalt and left exposed a ridged, raw pavement, that while you drive on it, you feel almost like a buzzing vibration/feel on your steering wheel, you hear only a slight buzzing that coincides with the buzzing feeling on the steering wheel. Only thing is, this only happens when accelerating. If you start coasting on the highway taking off your foot off the accelerator the buzzing feeling also stops (ruling out ball joints and most suspension parts?).This is a 2006 Odyssey Touring. I recently replaced the timing belt and w/p, spark plugs, flushed coolant completely and i n the process replaced the passenger-side motor mount with an aftermarket unit. Could this be related to the motor mount causing engine vibrations? Other than heat shield vibrating noises from the car’s ‘s in great shape, perfect condition.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, so thank you all in advance.
