Really sounds like a battery issue. Check the power and ground wires going to the starter. There also could be a starter relay or some kind of fuse in the fusebox. Try hooking the battery up to a charger for a while and see what happens. Also check to make sure it can actually turn and isnt jammed. Where there any shims in there that you didnt re-install?

This is a good video to start you out:

+1 on the battery issue. There may be enough avaiable current to pull the solenoid in where you hear that “click” but not enough current to run the actual starter motor, which needs far more current than the solenoid does.

It could be battery issue or wiring issue between battery and the starter assembly.

Step 1, check the battery as suggested. Step 2, check the battery connections. Lastly, it may be your part. Not all remans are quality replacements.

Yes that is true a charged battery is 12.6v the least amount that an engine would crank is 11.5v (Ballpark answer). Is your tempature under 32 degrees? Plus what is the age of your battery? over 5yrs, you should think of replacing if it is causing you problems.
