I have a 94 chevy s10 pick up it has a 4.3 standard 4×4. The starter went bad so I replaced it with a new one and now when I try to start it it trys to turn over but it cranks real slow and wont start. Ive checked the battery its good has good voltage and cca is good the alt is good as well. I replaced the pos cable to the starter the grounds are all clean and tight. I thought the issue might be with the ignition so I jump a wire to the solenoid to try to turn it over and its still drags.i took the belt off and spun the harmonic balancer with a large ratchet and it spun ok im not sure what else it could be. Any help is appreciated
